Hypnotherapy is a guided therapeutic process that uses focused attention, deep relaxation, and heightened suggestibility to help individuals access their subconscious mind and facilitate positive change. Under the guidance of a trained hypnotherapist, clients remain fully aware and in control while exploring underlying thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be contributing to issues such as anxiety, stress, phobias, or unwanted habits. By tapping into the subconscious, hypnotherapy can support personal growth, promote healing, and empower individuals to make lasting, meaningful changes in their lives.
“The entire doctrine of Hypnosis is contained in the two words: Believe and Want.” – Marquis de Puységur (1785)

I was referred to Ricky from a friend of mine. I was going through a really tough time in my life and had tried everything. Therapy, meditation, sound baths, energy healing all of it. At first I was very skeptical that he was going to be able to help me and the whole experience was going to be weird. But I honestly have to say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Not only did Ricky take his time, had a very warm comforting energy to him, but for me personally the session actually worked. So much that when I found myself going through a different challenge in my life a year later I contacted him again to help me. Highly recommend. Suzy M. Yelp

What should I expect?
Many patients have questions prior to trying hypnotherapy. Get the facts here.
“What is hypnosis?”
It is not sleep, but a natural, normal, and relaxed state of focused attention. Simply put, hypnosis is an amplifying and focusing technique employed with either interactive guided imagery or as applied meditation toward a specific goal while in various levels of a trance state.
“Is hypnosis dangerous?”
Absolutely not. Hypnosis was approved by the Council of Mental Health of the American Medical Association in September of 1958 as a safe practice with no harmful side effects.
